According to Metro, former Chelsea captain John Terry believes Esteban will soon become a regular starter for Chelsea under Xabi Alonso.
So far this season, Estewan has made 3 appearances in the Premier League, all as a substitute. In Chelsea's 2-2 draw against Hull City, Alonso didn't bring him on until the very end of the match.
Pedro Neto is currently Chelsea's first choice on the right wing, but Terry believes Estewandowski will soon be in the starting lineup. Terry stated on his YouTube channel: "Estewandowski played for 5 minutes, but he could probably have come on earlier."
Terry also said: "Estewandowski looks good and is in great form. He looks stronger. When I saw him in the gym a few days ago, he looked like he was growing and getting stronger. He certainly needs playing time, but as things stand, he's excellent as a 10 to 15-minute substitute option."
Terry added: "I really like him. He's exciting, physically strong, and has huge potential. When you watch him play, you can see how strong and fast he is, and he's also very aggressive for someone who isn't that tall. I'm looking forward to his time at Chelsea, and I think he'll go all the way up."
“He will need more playing time soon, and I think he will get it. Rotation will be important as the season progresses.
